Hello everyone~ Today's vlog is special! We’re recording the customer’s on-site inspection of our three core products: Angle steel tower, Transmission tower, and Communication tower. As a professional steel structure tower manufacturer, every inspection is a test of our quality and a chance to show our strength. Follow my camera for the full inspection journey!
At 8 a.m., the factory was in full preparation. Workers cleaned and inspected the finished towers, checked component numbers, and sorted accessories (bolts, flanges, etc.) in the warehouse for easy customer inspection. We believe details matter—only perfection can make customers feel at ease.
At 9 a.m., the customer arrived with a team of three, equipped with professional tools and strict standards. After a brief greeting, we led them to the workshop and finished product area for a transparent, open inspection—no secrets, just real quality.
First up: the Angle steel tower, our best-selling product widely used in communication, power and radio and television. The customer checked its Q235/Q355 material (with full inspection reports), randomly tested thickness and hardness, and nodded approval as all data met standards.
Next, they focused on the welding. Our experienced welders use automatic equipment and manual grinding—welds are smooth, full, and free of defects. The customer measured welds with a gauge, recorded data, and praised our professional craftsmanship.
They also checked the hot-dip galvanizing: uniform, dense layers that resist harsh outdoor conditions (high temperature, heavy rain, cold). A coating thickness gauge confirmed standard compliance, with no missing plating or peeling.
Moving on to the Transmission tower, a core power transmission facility with strict strength and load requirements. The customer inspected its structural design (customized by our engineers for on-site conditions), node connections with high-strength bolts (each with torque test reports), and component precision—all errors within limits.
They also checked anti-corrosion treatment and lightning protection: extra anti-corrosion on key parts and top-installed lightning rods connected to grounding devices, ensuring safety in harsh environments. The customer was fully satisfied.
Then came the Communication tower, compatible with 5G/4G/3G/GSM signals, with a modular, easy-to-install design. The customer inspected module connections, platform and ladder safety (meeting maintenance needs), and signal compatibility—all details up to standard.
During the inspection, the customer randomly checked accessories, visited the workshop to see our traceable quality control system (from steel cutting to galvanizing), and had no doubts about our production strength.
After lunch, we sorted inspection records together. The customer signed and confirmed, affirming our quality and promising future cooperation and referrals—music to our team’s ears!
