The customer inspected the raw material quality, steel pipe specifications including outer diameter, wall thickness and flatness, welding seam precision, heat treatment process and anti-corrosion treatment of finished products one by one. Meanwhile, we fully provided complete qualification documents, including performance certificates, mill test reports, hydrostatic test and non-destructive testing records.

The customer focused on verifying the mechanical properties and chemical composition of PSL2 grade pipeline steel, and confirmed that all test data fully meets international engineering standards.
